3 keys to Real Elite success:


1) The core is comprised of 3 functional sessions a week that focus on Push, Pull, Legs, and Twist then 2 to 3 activities. The activities are up to the individual. Some use the Martial Arts classes and others run, walk, bike, play basketball, swim, surf, etc... Diversity in training is our way.

2) We believe in proper rest and fuel. There is no such thing as over training! Just under rest and fuel. The intensity and duration of your training will depend on your availability of rest and fuel.

3) Real Elite does not subscribe to 1 set dietary program. The 1 principle we employ is food over powders and bars. The more calories you get from real food the better.

The Real Elite way is creating positive patterns that are maintainable. This is not a crash course with limited results. This is a lifestyle choice.

The Challenge

Real Elite is all about you vs you. This isn’t a sport, it’s a lifestyle.

The challenge is to challenge yourself. At the end of the day you will be your greatest judge. You have to walk in your own skin and look in the mirror. We want you to find peace through a process of confronting your truth and a plan to even up your desires with your reality.

Everyone wants others to like them but you have to love yourself 1st and foremost. Real Elite provides the system to challenge yourself and the structure to achieve your goals so you can be proud of what you are doing and love who you have made yourself to be.

This is not a pretty process. The ideas are nice but the training is hard. To find peace you have to wage a war against your personal weakness. It will be a hard battle but a battle you can win.
